Shipping Policy


Your order will be carefully packed and sent to your address within 1 – 3 working days after we receive your payment. If you need some of our items by a specific date, please send us an email at before ordering to check with us if that's possible.



Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight, price and quantity of the items you order, and your location. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the checkout. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

A tracking number for all shipments is provided after the order has been shipped.

Please bear in mind that because of the unpredictability of the material (ceramics) we reserve the right to change the shipping dates.

Domestic delivery

Delivery times for Croatia are within 2 – 5 working days for STANDARD shipping, and within 1 – 2 working days for EXPRESS shipping after sending your order (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded).


International delivery

Delivery times for EU countries are within 3 – 10 working days after sending your order (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded).

Delivery times for the rest of the world are within 10 – 35 working days after sending your order (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded).


We ship domestic and international orders via MBE, Eurosenderor Croatian National Post (Hrvatska pošta) depending on size, weight, and location, at our discretion.

Please enter your delivery address correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us. We CANNOT control any delays caused by customs.


Free Pick up

Online customers have the option to collect their orders from our studio in Zagreb, Croatia. This option can be selected at checkout and an email to will be required to arrange the pick up time.


Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is being shipped outside of the CROATIA or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.


Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase is delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Before shipping, we review and carefully pack each of our products.


If in any case you receive a damaged item, or an item that doesn't match your order, please let us know immediately. Send us an email to with your full name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition with an explanation of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We will contact you back as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange.



We want you to be satisfied with your product and try our best to reflect the item's true appearance. However, they're all handmade so in case the item you receive for whatever reason is not to your liking, we will accept the item back.

Contact us as soon as possible and send the items back within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping is non-refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted or special sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
